We cannot thank Kelly and Rob at Woofies North Baltimore enough for their incredible care of our puppy, especially on such short notice. Unexpectedly, our previous pet sitter canceled a week before we were set to leave the country. Kelly agreed to watch our puppy at the last minute and exceeded all expectations.
They stayed in our home, which gave us great peace of mind knowing our puppy was in a familiar environment. When she unexpectedly got sick, they immediately emailed us to inform us and kept us updated throughout, handling the situation with such professionalism and compassion.
Every day, they sent us adorable pictures and updates, which made us feel connected to our pup even while we were away. It was clear they truly cared for her and treated her like their own.
