With a strong commitment to pet care and customer service, Kelley and Rob chose to become franchise owners to build a caring and professional environment for animals. Kelley brings a rich background in journalism and nonprofit work, developing skills in relationship-building, attention to detail, and effective communication. Her experience as a rabbi has taught her the importance of listening and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Rob's diverse professional journey includes roles in fire suppression, kosher meat cutting, and product specialization. His most recent position as Facility and Security Manager has equipped him with the ability to adapt and listen to client needs. Together, we are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for your pets, whether it’s for a day, overnight, or longer.
