Your Pet Spa Appointment Details

before after lindsey1Woofie’s is looking forward to pampering your pet with a private grooming experience in our luxury Mobile Pet Spa! If you need to change or cancel this appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

Please review the information below so you know what to expect at your appointment:

REMINDER: We’ll send a reminder within several days of your appointment. Please respond “Got it!” and if you do not plan to be home, confirm our access method. We appreciate your response!

LOCATION: We bring our pet spa to you, provided you are in our service area! If not, your groomer will meet you within 15 minutes of your appointment time at the Woofie’s office or agreed upon location.

ACCESS: We expect that you will be home unless you’ve already provided an alternate access method for your groomer (key, garage code, etc.) Please respond to your reminder to confirm our access method if you will not be home. For cats and new clients, clients are required to be home for the appointment.  

SAFETY: For your pet’s safety going in and out of the van, please provide proper equipment- a leash and collar for dogs and a carrier for cats. You are also welcome to carry and retrieve your pet, just let your groomer know!

We use a variety of professional tools and processes to help calm and safely restrain pets as needed; however, in the rare instance that your pet is ungroomable due to behavioral or health issues (aggressive, dangerous, health issue, etc.) there is a minimum $20 visit fee.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.

We request that every client have a card on file to secure their pet spa appointments. Please contact us at 571-426-6503 ext 2 to provide this information prior to your appointment.

After the service, you will receive an itemized invoice. Your card will be charged within 2 business days of the service, allowing you the opportunity to ask questions or add a gratuity (optional and at your discretion!) prior to charging, and a receipt will follow once your payment is processed.

CHECK OR CASH – please remit payment at the time of service. We will send you an itemized invoice that also serves as your receipt.

WOOF PACK LOYALTY PROGRAM– Our Woof Pack members receive exclusive promotional upgrades, gifts and discounts from our partners, and- a one-time per year $50 credit on your account after your 10th express, signature or express groom as a Pack Member! This credit can be used for ANY service Woofie’s offers in your area- from pet sitting to pet spa!  We’ll send you a schedule to review and approve; please let us know if any changes need to be made.

All we need from you is:

  • the number of weeks you would like between the appointments
  • your preferred groomer(s)
  • if there are any days/times of the week that do NOT work with your schedule

Helpful Hints: the more flexibility you have, the easier it is to get your preferred groomer and dates. Providing an alternate access method allows us to come when you aren’t home, so you return to a clean and fresh pup!
